Do you really not charge per team member?
Really. Every plan includes unlimited team members — invite your whole crew, give them roles, and your price stays the same. Plans are sized only by how many active sites you look after.
What counts as an active site?
A site you currently service. When you stop servicing one, archive it — archived sites keep their history but don't count toward your plan limit.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial gives you full features, no credit card needed. When it ends, pick the plan that matches your site count. If you don't subscribe, your workspace locks, but your data stays exportable as CSV for 90 days before it's deleted.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Schevib is a web app — open it from a link on any phone, tablet or computer, and add it to your home screen if you like. No app store, no updates to install.
Does Schevib do quotes and invoices?
No — on purpose. Schevib does scheduling deeply instead of everything shallowly. It sits happily next to whatever you already use for quoting and invoicing, like Xero.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing period, so you never lose time you've paid for.
Where is my data stored?
In Sydney, on AWS (ap-southeast-2), handled under the Australian Privacy Principles. We use no analytics or tracking cookies, and GPS location is never stored on our servers. You can export your sites and schedules as CSV whenever you want.
